(2) Surface lamination or coating
Another way to achieve color is to cover the surface of PVC foam board with a layer of colored film or coating. 2. Effect of coloring process on physical properties
(1) Strength

(3) Chemical resistance
Raw material coloring: The chemical stability of pigments is generally high and will not significantly affect the chemical resistance of PVC foam boards. However, if pigments react with certain chemicals, it may cause color changes or deterioration of material performance.
Surface coating: The chemical resistance of the coating depends on its material composition. For example, some coatings may be sensitive to acids, alkalis or solvents, which requires special attention when selecting materials.
